Sugared Cranberries
Fitting for a garnish or a gift, these Sugared Cranberries are the perfect holiday pop!
1/2 cup sugar, plus more for rolling
1/2 cup water
1 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries
Combing the sugar and water into a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Remove from heat and add cranberries, stirring carefully and coating each one in the sugar mixture.
Using a slotted spoon, remove and transfer to a wire rack (over a sheet of parchment paper or a baking sheet) and allow to dry for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
Once dry, fill a cereal bowl with sugar and roll cranberries in batches. Let sit and dry for 1 hour.
