Cheesecake Cookies

Cheesecake Cookies

makes 44 cookies  |  difficulty level: easy


  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1 1/4 cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 1/2 cups flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • Powdered Sugar to top

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and prep 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add sugar and beat until fully incorporated. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to the cream cheese / butter mixture being careful to not overmix.

  4. Using a tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop onto baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cookies will be light and not browned.

  5. Cool cookies on a wire rack and sprinkle powdered sugar to top.
