Salt and Vinegar Almonds

If you like salt and vinegar potato chips, consider these almonds your new guilt-free favorite snack!!

makes 1 cup  |  difficulty level: easy


  • 1 cup raw almonds

  • 1/2 cup distilled vinegar

  • sea salt

  1. In a bowl, combine almonds and vinegar. Soak for 3-4 hours at room temperature.

  2. Preheat oven to 350ºF and drain almonds, while saving the soaking vinegar for later use. Pat almonds dry using a paper towel.

  3. Place almonds on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven and allow almonds to cool for about 5 minutes. Transfer almonds, back into the vinegar you used for soaking and immediately drain again (you can discard the vinegar now).

  5. Put the almonds back onto the baking sheet and pat dry with paper towel. Next, sprinkle almonds with sea salt and let dry completely before serving.

store in an airtight container at room temperature.
