Blistered Green Beans
It's the only green bean recipe you need to know!

1/2 pound green beans
Butter for the pan, about 1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon miran
1 tablespoon sesame oil
pinch chili flakes
1 teaspoon miso
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 gloves garlic, crushed
1/2 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Salt to taste
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans in an even layer with no overlapping pieces. Turn every 2-3 minutes until the beans blister.
In a bowl whisk together remaining ingredients. Once green beans have blistered on all sides, add the sauce to pan and stir until it thickens.
Remove from heat and serve with chopped peanuts.
