Jalapeño Ranch Dip/Dressing
Throw it on a salad…dip veggies in it…spread it on a sandwich…I swear you’ll be putting this on just about everything and eating it on just about anything!
1 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 jalapeño pepper, ribs and seeds removed
1 tbsp. dried dill
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup olive oil for dip, 1/2 cup olive oil for dressing
Place all ingredients except olive oil in a small blender. Blend for about a minute, or until ingredients begin to combine. Slowly add olive oil (either 1/4 cup for a thicker dip or 1/2 cup for a salad dressing) until all ingredients are blended and smooth. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
